By using the Basalt platform, you confirm your agreement with these Terms. If you represent a company, you warrant that you have the authority to accept these terms on its behalf. The service is intended exclusively for professional use in video production.
Basalt provides cloud-based tools for managing video production cycles (pre-production, production, post-production). We reserve the right to modify system functionality to improve service quality without prior notice.
You are fully responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. Any actions performed under your account are considered to be performed by you. We recommend using strong passwords and not sharing access with third parties.
Payment for services is made in advance according to the selected business plan. Late payment may result in restricted access to premium features. Refunds are available within 14 calendar days from the first payment, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
All rights to the architecture, code, and design of Basalt belong to us. You retain all rights to content (videos, scripts, metadata) that you upload to the system. We do not use your content for our own purposes and do not share it with third parties without your consent.
We strive for 99.9% service availability, however we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or data caused by technical failures, internet provider outages, or force majeure events. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
