By using the Basalt platform, you confirm your agreement with these Terms. You may use the service with a personal account or on behalf of a studio. If you represent a studio or company, you warrant that you have the authority to accept these terms on its behalf. The service is designed for video production management — for both individual professionals and production studios.
Basalt is a cloud-based platform for video production management. The service includes project management, task tracking, finances, team collaboration, a client portal, file storage, analytics, and AI tools. Features are available for both personal accounts and studios. We reserve the right to modify system functionality to improve service quality without prior notice.
You are fully responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. Any actions performed under your account are considered to be performed by you. If you are a studio owner, you are also responsible for managing access for your team members. We recommend using strong passwords, enabling two-factor authentication, and not sharing access with third parties.
Payment for services is made in advance according to the selected pricing plan. Late payment may result in restricted access to paid features. Refunds are available within 14 calendar days from the first payment.
All rights to the architecture, code, and design of Basalt belong to us. You retain all rights to content (videos, documents, files, and other data) that you upload to the system. Content generated by the platform's AI tools belongs to you. We do not use your content for our own purposes and do not share it with third parties without your consent.
We strive for 99.9% service availability, however we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or data caused by technical failures, internet provider outages, or force majeure events. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
