Your data is securely protected in enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure, and files are stored in encrypted cloud storage. All connections are secured with SSL/TLS, and only members of your studio can access its data.

Yes. Through the client portal the client watches videos, leaves timecoded and voice comments, and approves versions without signing up. Portal branding is available on every paid plan; Odyssey additionally removes Basalt attribution.

Yes. Pathfinder at $12/mo is built for solo editors: 5 active projects, 50 GB of cloud storage, a client portal with timecoded reviews, financial tracking, and a public portfolio. The UI drops all team-only sections. Start free on Base Camp and upgrade to Pathfinder once real clients arrive.

What are the project and seat limits across plans?

Base Camp includes 2 projects and up to 3 members; Pathfinder includes 5 solo projects. Paid studio plans scale through paid active seats: Launch includes 4 seats and 10 projects, Voyager includes 8 seats and 30 projects, and Odyssey includes 20 seats and unlimited projects.

What integrations and automations are available?

The Telegram bot (from the Launch plan) sends notifications about new edits, approvals, and deadlines to a DM or your studio's group chat. There are also webhooks and a public API — for custom integrations with your CRM, accounting tools, or internal services.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Your data is not deleted. After cancelling a paid plan, the studio drops back to the free Base Camp tier: projects, files, and history stay in place — only the limits tighten to the free ones (2 active projects, 10 GB of storage). You can re-subscribe at any time and pick up exactly where you left off.

What payment options are available, and are there discounts?

Payments are processed through YooKassa: bank cards, SBP, and invoices for legal entities. Two billing periods are available — monthly and yearly (−20%). Any paid plan can be cancelled in one click from settings, and unused days are automatically prorated when you switch plans.
