I, the data subject (hereinafter - the User), acting freely and in my own interest, by registering, signing in, using the Basalt PMS platform, or using the client portal, give my consent to the processing of my personal data under the following terms:

Consent is given for processing the following personal data:
If the User uploads or transfers data of third parties through Basalt PMS, including data of clients, employees, contractors, project participants, messages, comments, briefs, files, videos, audio, images, and project materials, the User confirms that they have a lawful basis for such transfer and processing.
The Operator processes such data only to provide Platform features, client portal access, storage, approvals, notifications, security, technical support, and performance of the agreement.
Personal data is processed for registration and authentication; account creation and maintenance; management of companies, projects, roles, tasks, files, videos, client portal, and notifications; payments, trials, subscriptions, refunds, and receipts; transactional notifications; information security, abuse prevention, and bot protection; technical support; AI features requested by the User; Platform improvement using anonymised or aggregated data; and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
The User consents to the following operations with personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, updating, alteration, extraction, use, transfer, provision, access, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, and destruction, both by automated and non-automated means.
The User agrees that the Operator may engage processors and transfer data to them as necessary:
International transfer of personal data is not carried out. All data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation.
This consent is effective from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn by the User. Account and workspace data may be stored for the duration of Platform use and up to 3 years after account or company deletion, unless a shorter period applies under Platform settings or a valid User request.
Data required by law, payment records, security needs, dispute resolution, or performance of the agreement may be retained for the applicable periods regardless of consent withdrawal.
The User may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a request in Telegram: @basalt_pms_bot or by email to support@basaltpms.com with the name and email address linked to the account.
Withdrawal may make further use of the Platform or some functions impossible. The Operator stops processing based on consent and deletes or blocks data within up to 30 days, except data that must be retained by law or another legal basis.
Depending on applicable law, the User may request information about personal data processing, correction, blocking, deletion, withdrawal of consent, and may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority or court.

We respond within the legally required period, usually up to 30 days.
By registering on the Platform, signing in to the client portal, connecting integrations, or continuing to use Basalt PMS, you confirm that you have read this Consent and voluntarily agree to personal data processing under these terms.
