I, the data subject (hereinafter – the User), in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 7 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), acting freely and of my own will, upon registration on the Basalt PMS platform, hereby give my explicit consent to the processing of my personal data under the following terms:

Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data: first and last name; email address; profile photo (avatar); IP address; browser and device data; Platform usage data (actions, sessions, preferences); technical cookie identifiers; subscription information and transaction history.
Personal data is processed for the purposes of: registration and authentication on the Platform; identification of the User within teams and projects; fulfillment of obligations for Platform service delivery; provision of technical support and communication; payment processing and financial record-keeping; ensuring security and preventing fraudulent activity; improving the quality and functionality of the Platform; compliance with applicable legal obligations.
The User consents to the following processing operations: collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, and destruction – both by automated and non-automated means, in accordance with GDPR Art. 4(2).
The User consents to the transfer of personal data to third parties – authorised data processors of the Controller (hosting providers, payment services, notification services) – exclusively for the purposes specified in Section 3, under data processing agreements containing appropriate safeguards in accordance with GDPR Art. 28. Due to the use of cloud infrastructure, personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to countries such as the United States, subject to Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions as per GDPR Chapter V.
This consent is effective from the moment it is given (registration on the Platform) until its withdrawal by the User. Personal data is retained for the duration of the account and 12 months after its deletion. Upon withdrawal of consent, data will be erased within 30 days unless another legal basis for processing exists (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)–(f)).
In accordance with GDPR Art. 7(3), the User has the right to withdraw this consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. To withdraw consent, send a written request to: support@basaltpms.com, indicating your name and the email address linked to your account. The Controller shall cease processing personal data based on consent and ensure its erasure within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent may limit the User's ability to use certain Platform features.
Under the GDPR, the User has the right to: access their personal data (Art. 15); rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16); request erasure of data (Art. 17); restrict processing (Art. 18); receive data in a portable format (Art. 20); object to processing (Art. 21); lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority) in their country of residence. By registering on the Platform, you confirm that you have read this Consent, understand its terms, and voluntarily give your explicit consent to the processing of your personal data as described above.
