AI policy

This policy covers the Basalt PMS AI features: the chat agent, request analysis, AI summaries, recommendations, search and audio transcription. It supplements the Privacy Policy and the list of processors.

AI features work only with data available to your role in the company and needed for the request: briefs, tasks, comments, financial figures, audio recordings and transcripts. The chat agent reads data and does not change it. We do not pass into AI features data that you did not choose and cannot access.

We do not train our own models on customer data and do not allow providers to do so. Data is sent to providers only to fulfil your request.

Language models and speech recognition are provided by providers hosted in the Russian Federation. The current list is on the data processors page. We will notify you of changes to the list as described on that page.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated and is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. Check it before using it in project, financial, HR or other significant decisions. Basalt PMS is not designed for automated decisions with legal effect on individuals and must not be used for them.

If you pass personal data of your clients, employees or contractors into AI features, you remain the operator of that data and are responsible for the basis of its processing, and we process it on your instruction under the Public Offer.
