Payments from Russia are processed by YooKassa using Russian cards or SBP. One-time RUB payments through Robokassa are available for supported foreign cards; the cardholder's bank performs currency conversion and the supported-country list may change. Foreign-card subscriptions renew manually.

When choosing the Launch or Pathfinder plans, you can activate a 14-day free trial. To do this, you need to bind a card or SBP. YooKassa will perform a temporary charge of 1₽ to verify the payment method, which is refunded immediately. You will only be auto-charged for the selected plan after 14 days. You can cancel auto-renewal at any point during the trial.

You can cancel auto-renewal with a single click in your company settings within the dashboard. Your workspace will remain fully active on the paid plan until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, it won't renew, and the company will automatically return to the free Base Camp plan.

We never delete your data. All your projects, uploaded files, client timecode comments, and version histories remain completely safe. When returning to the free Base Camp tier, its limits apply: a maximum of 2 active projects and 10 GB of cloud storage. You can still access and download existing files, but you won't be able to create new projects or upload new files until you free up space or upgrade.

If you upgrade to a higher tier mid-cycle, the unused days of your current plan are prorated as credit. This credit is applied to the new plan's cost, reducing your first invoice, and the billing cycle resets. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current paid period, allowing you to use your active plan features until the cycle ends.

Yes, paying via corporate invoice is supported through the YooKassa checkout interface. Once selected, a payment invoice is generated. Closing documents (invoices and acts) are automatically provided in accordance with the terms of our public offer.

Refunds for unused subscription periods can be requested by the company owner. The refund is sent through the original payment provider to the original method; Robokassa refund requests may remain processing for a while.

Base Camp (Free) offers up to 3 members, 1 active project, 10 GB, a client portal, and timecode comments. Pathfinder (for solo freelancers) offers 5 active projects, 1 user, 50 GB, AI, and financial tracking. Launch includes 4 members (extra seats can be added), 10 projects, and 200 GB. Voyager includes 8 members, 30 projects, 400 GB, and full White-label capabilities. Odyssey offers 20 members, unlimited projects, and 1 TB.
